A major part of the College Program experience doesn't take place in the classroom or the workplace, but where you are staying. Most of my learning happened when I was with my roommates and fellow apartment dwellers.

One of the first things when I arrived at Vista Way was being assigned an apartment. I chose one of the third floor rooms with three other roommates. Building 25 was located right next to the clubhouse and the transportation pickup spot as well as in between the two pools, so everything at Vista Way was a short walking distance away.



TIP: If you have a car, it's a nice thing to have down there. I rode to work on the shuttle service to save gas (and money), but I was able to go anywhere when I wanted to... and you make friends by having a car. Just remember the place is filled with tourists who may not know where they're going, so make sure your insurance is paid up just in case and be a little more courteous while driving!
