For my spring break, I decided to go down to Walt Disney World to see what was new. I got down there Monday night and Tuesday night, went to DisneyQuest to play indoors the whole day, which was good because it was raining outside. My favorite there now is the Pirates of the Caribbean... my friends and I acheived the highest status of "Masters of the Caribbean" by raking in more than 4,000 pieces of treasure and defeating the ghost ship at the end. We also played around in the Create Zone and on Cyberspace Mountain. We also played lots of Pac-Man and Donkey Kong.

On Wednesday, we went to Epcot and ate at the Rose and Crown, which finished my dining around the world... the only restaurant left at Epcot for me to dine at is Le Bistro in France, which I am saving for a honeymoon. It's hard to think of the best restaurant, though... the Garden Grill and the Biergarten both have excellent buffets. Akershus and Restaurant Marrakesh offer that variety that I like when I want something different. Alfredo's, Nine Dragons, and San Angel Inn step up the class of the common cultural foods found around the USA. Le Cellier, Teppanyaki, and Chefs de France are fine dining establishments with an excellent repast. Coral Reef and the Rose and Crown had great views of the water, too... in their own respective ways. And, as you can imagine, the food at all of these restaurants is excellent as is the service and surroundings. It all depends on the mood I'm in when I'm hungry.

Anyway, I would have pictures to show you, but I believe I left those disks down in Orlando. They're retrievable, but in the meantime, I will be pictureless for this part of today.

That night, Dianna and I went to Beaches and Cream for a huge sundae. We had both had a sundae there before together, so we wanted to try one of the other two ... our waiter suggested the No Way José.
